Core: respecting and using talents
I. Ability and integrity principle. We hold that a person with integrity but no ability is mediocre while that with ability but no integrity is vile. Both ability and integrity should be combined.
II. “Consequentialism” principle. Regardless of status, degree and age, anyone who does a good job should be boldly promoted to make the one with ability and integrity stand out as a pillar of the enterprise.
III. Practice first. All kinds of professional talents should practice on the production line first and then be preferentially picked over through an open exam.
IV. Survival of the fittest.
V. “Everyone is a talent”. Let everybody fully display his talents.
