1995   The former Hydraulic Parts Factory of Ningbo University was officially established.

2000   It was formally renamed Ningbo Jiangbei Yuzhou Hydraulic Equipment Factory.

2004   It was appraised “a patent demonstration enterprise of Ningbo”.

2005   It set up “Yuzhou High-pressure Hydraulic Valve Research Center” and was awarded a “high-tech enterprise” at provincial and city levels.

2006   The “4HPCU160/320-25 on-load sensitive hydraulic multiway proportional control valve” project was supported by the annual national innovation fund for SMEs.

2008   It moved to Yongjiang Industrial Park, Jiangbei District, Ningbo and covered an area of over 13,000 square meters. The on-load sensitive hydraulic multiway proportional control valve” project was listed into the national Torch Program. Ningbo Yuzhou High-pressure Hydraulic Valve Engineering (Technology) Center passed the assessment of “Ningbo Engineering Technology Center”.
