A new journey, a new start!

 Today is February 05, 2025. the first day we meet each other after the Spring Festival holiday. Today We are here to hold the 2025 kickoff meeting to prepare for the following year work!

 

First of all, on behalf of the company, I would like to express my sincere respect to all the employees who returned to work on time! Sending cordial greetings and New Year's blessings to all the employees who have worked hard for the development of the company in the past year! Sincerely wish you all a happy new year, family happiness and all the best!

 

2024 was the most difficult and arduous year in the course of the Company's development. Influenced by the decline of business in the Construction market and the economic downturn, the Company did not reach the business objectives set at the beginning of the year. However, certain breakthroughs and progress were made in the development of emerging fields, which injected new impetus and vitality into the development of the Company.

 

2025 is a crucial year in YUZHOU's development process, it is a year of carrying forward and looking for breakthroughs. Each departments should be in accordance with the end of last year to develop the work of the deployment of their respective upward breakthroughs, the process of uncertainty through active, efforts to make it certain to ensure that the business objectives are successfully reached, a few requirements.

 

1, “digitalization, boutique” this two point is the company's established strategic. All work in 2025 should follow  the target of “all supplying prodcuts quality ranked first in customers assessment;  increasing market share to first tiers; brand evaluation of market segments to reach the top three in China “, continuing to promote this work forward without compromise.

2、"Customer-focused ” is the company's long-term business strategy, 2025 to pay particular attention to the year, we not only want to continue to take root in the implementation of domestic customers, but also to expand to overseas customers. At present, Yuzhou's trademark is applied for acceptance in 18 countries, and we have carefully set up special requirements for products in each country. Overseas trade platform establihsed, website, product line upgrade and expansion, in the first quarter of this year to continue to promote. 2025 annual business objectives are clear, the direction is clear, rooted in the domestic, grasp the foreign. Overseas customers should especially strengthen quality management and delivery management. Traditional hydraulics has peaked, electro-hydraulic combination is the future direction, we have to do a good job of product transformation and upgrading, the formation of more foreign cooperation.

3, The market enviroment becoming more competitive, to meet the demands for customers and market, We have to improving our production structure and R&D strategy. Internally, we have to strictly control costs, while  ensure the quality at the same time to promote cost optimization, cost optimization to the extreme. The place to spend, the place to save must save, we have to focus resources, to spend resources in key places, spend on the knife edge, only then, we can solidify the foundation of enterprise management, in order to have a strong competitive ability. Externally, we must continue to develop new areas and new customers, have the space and ability to win the recognition of new customers, and strive for more orders for the company's sustainable development to provide strong business support.

4, to strengthen the construction and introduction of talent team, to determine the employment, training, retention, elimination and other work mechanisms, the formation of a rolling model of talent training, the formation of a new height in the construction of talent team, so that the team and the ability of one-man operation qualitatively improve, and cultivate the company's wolf team culture.

5, safety, environmental protection double zero. To safety, environmental protection double zero requirements are effectively implemented into the actual work; the customer's requirements for us to extend to the key supply chain, to guide the supplier to grow with the company; occupational health, professionalism, to create a clean, comfortable working atmosphere and working environment.

 

Comrades! The beginning of 2025 is a decisive battle, and the start is a sprint, we should focus on the company's established goals and requirements, seize the opportunities, meet the challenges, management with one heart, and the same direction of the goal. We will adhere to the main business theme of “focusing on strategy, driving growth and steady profit”, actively embrace market changes, meet customer demand, optimize product layout, deepen technological innovation, stimulate organizational potential and improve operational efficiency. The road ahead must be full of hard work and hardship, we must be open-minded, enlarge the pattern, consistent path, sunward, and fully mobilize our own work initiative and mobility. At the same time, we must have confidence, dare to break through, with “dare” courage, “into” faith, “dry” determination; the work of the higher leadership orders, to make the first time to respond, the first time to make arrangements, the first time to make a good job.
