Job Description：
  • - Bachelor's degree or above, 3 or more years of industry experience, preferably in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Hydraulic Transmission, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields;
  • - Proficient in CAD, solidwrks, basic 2D and 3D software;
  • - Responsible for new product development, sample validation, testing and optimization.
  • - Familiar with the design of hydraulic components (e.g. proportional valves, counterbalance valves, multi-way valves, steering valves, etc.).
  • - Communication and teamwork: good communication skills, teamwork spirit and stress resistance, able to work with cross-departmental collaboration to promote the project, learning and innovation need to continue to learn the industry's new technology, participate in enterprise R & D innovation, promote the transformation of technical achievements.
  • - Have a good way of thinking and work habits, with the basic quality of the position engaged in and the basic professional ability.

  • - Proficient in CAD, solidwrks, basic 2D and 3D software;
  • - Comprehensive knowledge of product processes and ability to solve common field technical problems;
  • - Ability to independently complete more than one low-difficulty new product trial production task based on the design, starting from the product process plan;
  • - Have a good way of thinking and work habits, with the basic quality of the position engaged in and the basic professional ability.
  • Salary: 5K-9K+

Electrical Technician

Job Description：
  • - Electrical automation or related majors, 3 years and above industry work experience;
  • - According to the plan to complete the program design, engineering drawing design, product verification and other stages of the task, the completion of the technical information formed in the work;
  • - Responsible for electrical schematic design, PCB board design, line layout design and component selection and matching, and debugging and test verification of circuit boards as required, and responsible for the correctness and conformity of the designed circuit boards;
  • - Responsible for product on-site technical service, solving unexpected on-site problems in a timely manner and proposing improvement measures;
  • - Proficient in keil Altium Designer or EDA software.

  • - Able to accept business trips, the courage to open up new markets, need to visit customers regularly.

Small Parts Workshop Supervisor

Job Description：
  • - Graduated from mechanical related majors, college degree or above;
  • - More than 5 years of experience in the same field, with strong management and communication skills;
  • - Familiar with the hydraulic industry spool valve seat and other ultra-precision small parts of the total process flow, able to independently develop the corresponding process plan;
  • - Familiar with equipment selection, maintenance points; tools, fixtures, gauges, etc. can skillfully select or assist in the design and manufacture; familiar with the product quality control points.

Job Description：
  • - Graduated from mechanical related majors with college degree or above;
  • - Inspect process products/finished products according to drawings, process cards or inspection standards, and keep records, strictly control product quality, reflect problems in time and prevent quality accidents;
  • - Daily storage and maintenance of inspection tools, timely delivery of inspection according to plan, to ensure that the inspection tool meets the accuracy requirements.
